How many students do you hire?

Collins Barrow Montreal continuously looks for candidates and fills positions as needed by the firm. Collins Barrow Montreal has been recruiting students through the Co-op Program at Concordia University since the program’s beginning. Many of these students go on to accept full-time positions with the firm.

When do student placements and internships begin?

Co-op Students and interns typically start in May, September or January, depending on the student’s program and the current needs of the firm. Placements are for 4 or 8 month periods.

What is your UFE prep program?

  • At Collins Barrow Montreal, each UFE candidate is matched up with a mentor who recently passed the UFE and who is available throughout the summer for support, whether it be marking a case or simply being there to talk to someone who understands the process and what it entails.
  • Collins Barrow Montreal offers simulations throughout the summer which are marked by an experienced UFE marker and then debriefed in depth. This allows candidates to obtain valuable feedback and support, while examining the case and identifying their strengths as well as areas that need improvement.
