Co-operative Education

The Co-op Internship Program is an innovative collaboration between universities and employers designed to ease integration of students into the workplace. Collins Barrow Montreal has been active in recruiting from this program from the beginning. Collins Barrow Montreal recruits candidates in various disciplines (B.Com students and others) once they have gained the requisite number of credits.

In the Co-op Program, students intersperse work and study in four-month cycles until graduation, and then have the option to join Collins Barrow Montreal as full-time employees.

Summer Internships

Collins Barrow Montreal actively recruits undergraduate students heading towards a CA designation, from major local universities, through campus recruiting events and university Co-operative programs.

Even as a summer or Co-op student, you become a part of the firm's cultural fabric very early on. You are invited to participate in Collins Barrow Montreal employee functions, such as our after-tax party, annual holiday party and our summer recreation day.

Summer and Co-op students at Collins Barrow Montreal are exposed to a variety of areas, such as audit, tax, and financial advisory work. This is a unique opportunity to learn, work, and be challenged in a variety of accounting and assurance roles. At Collins Barrow Montreal, we encourage students to think outside the box, and apply their skills and knowledge outside of the classroom.

Recruitment Events

Collins Barrow Montreal attends recruiting events and cocktails for both McGill and Concordia Universities. Candidates selected during the interview process are given a firm tour. Look for us on campus in September!
