Profile of Diane Clark

Biography

Diane graduated from the Queen’s University School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 1981.  She then worked with Thorne Riddell (now KPMG) in Kingston, receiving her Chartered Accountants designation in 1983.  Diane subsequently joined Morrison & Hollingsworth Chartered Accountants and became a partner in 1999.  As the result of a merger in 2009, Diane is now a partner with the Peterborough office of Collins Barrow Kawarthas. 

Areas of Experience

Diane’s  areas of experience are in accounting for small and medium sized businesses, personal and corporate income tax,  and advisory services.

Industry Experience

Diane has extensive experience working with owner-managed business including those in the retail, service and construction sectors and with physicians and lawyers.
